Earlier today Tenille posted this on her Facebook page along with these great new photos of her shoulder all healed!
This last year has been a long hard one, where I was faced with new challenges. Having surgery on my shoulder and taking a big step backwards was quite a shock to my system. I don’t normally post pictures of myself, but after a lot of hard work, I’m happy and proud to be back in shape and feeling fit and healthy! Thankyou everyone for your love and support (especially MUM!!) Big things to come!
